Scout Award Scheme - Leadership Course
Leadership Courses were in the past called Patrol Leaders Training and traditionally were run at various levels of the organisational structure relevant to you branch. Through the Scout Section Review the development of a National Course was discussed with the outcome that this was completed and a National Course has been developed.
Aim of the course:
The aim of this course is to provide suitable leadership skills for Scouts
developing through the Troop and Patrol environments utilising a practical
‘hands on’ approach.
